| American pharmaceutical company from New Jersey plans to buy 19,26% of capital of Government of FBIH in amount of 20 mil BAM as well as 8,37% shares of International Financial Corporation (IFC).
Robert Wessman, The Head of Management of Alvogen together with closest associates and Raiffeisen investment consultants from Vienna, visited Agency for privatiyation of FBiH. Managing director of Bosnalijek, Edin Arslanagic, attended to this meeting as well. Alvogen emphasized readiness for developing new medical line on our market but before official offer, as it was stated, due diligence of Bosnalijek is required. It is expected for Government of BiH to bring final decision in February about selling state capital in Bosnalijek and afterward the official invitation would be announced. Besides Governemnt of FBiH and IFC, the major shareholder in Bosnalijek is Libyan Fund for development (8,7%)
