By founding Raiffeisen BROKERS Raiffeisen group in Bosnia and Herzegovina is actively involved in development of capital market in Bosnia and Herzegovina by offering companies a new possibilities of financing, in that way expanding possibilities of placing financial funds to Bosnia and Herzegovina economy.

Needs for long-term financing of local companies through financing development projects were available until now only through loans, which as financial instruments, in many cases do not suit companies’ needs and on the other hand they present improper risk for a bank.

Financing possibilities provided by capital market instruments are significantly wider primarily due to negotiability of these instruments, which basically decreases a risk of funds placement and provides finding of more optimum solutions for creditors and users of funds.
