Corporate Bonds Issue

Services that Raiffeisen BROKERS is offering with issue of bonds:

1. Sponsorship and agent issue services including the following:

• Necessary actions and business with issue of bond toward Securities Commission of FBiH, Securities Register in FBiH and depository bank – Raiffeisen BANK BiH

• Creation of prospectus and preliminary prospectus according to Law on Securities

• Listing bonds to quotation and transactions at Sarajevo stock – exchange in the form of agent for listing.

2. Services of Issue Placement including:

• Pre-marketing/road-show/promotions through media

• Placement of corporate bonds to local and foreign investors through private placement

• Organising public subscription of bonds through outlets of Raiffeisen BANK BiH in FBiH

• Share issue insurance by taking over issue from issuer with obligation to sell the greatest possible number of shares
